{"id":7604,"date":"2024-06-19T14:40:41","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T12:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lomer.it\/garanzia-dei-prodotti\/"},"modified":"2024-12-20T15:49:25","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T14:49:25","slug":"product-warranty","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.lomer.it\/en\/product-warranty\/","title":{"rendered":"Product warranty"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-container\">\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-post-title has-large-font-size\">Product warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This warranty applies to Products purchased through the site www.lomer.it by users who qualify as \u201cconsumers\u201d pursuant to Legislative Decree 206\/2005, i.e. natural persons who access the Site for purposes other than those relating to their own commercial, entrepreneurial and\/or professional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The essential characteristics of the Products are indicated on the relevant page on the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We guarantee that our Products conform to the descriptions detailed on the relevant page on the Site for a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery date (\u201cWarranty Period\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a valid complaint during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your Product, and deliver it back to you at our expense, to the same shipping address indicated on your original order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we cannot repair or replace the defective product and the defect does not prevent it being used safely, you will be entitled to a price reduction proportional to the decrease in value of the purchased product compared to the value it would have had if it had been defect free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other cases, you will have the right to terminate your sales contract, cancel your order, and receive reimbursement of the full amount paid upon purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This warranty is void if product defects are caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Negligent or improper use of the products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repairs not previously authorized in writing by Lomer srl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear of materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to comply with the specific care instructions provided by Lomer with the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of, or failure to, maintain the product as per the products instructions for use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This warranty applies to Products purchased through the site www.lomer.it by users who qualify as \u201cconsumers\u201d pursuant to Legislative Decree 206\/2005, i.e. natural persons who access the Site for purposes other than those relating to their own commercial, entrepreneurial and\/or professional activities.
