Lomer boots have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on the materials used and the workmanship.
The warranty does NOT cover damage due to improper use or accidental causes such as scratches, tears, accidents etc.
If you think your boots are faulty please return them to your Lomer retailer together with the bill of purchase.
The retailer shall return them to Lomer's Customer Service which shall examine them carefully.
If they are still covered by the warranty, Lomer may decide to either repair or replace them. If the warranty has expired, Lomer may repair the boots at the customer's expense at a convenient price after having contacted the customer.
